Our Staff

Of course we would not be able to operate without our top-quality carers, who are chosen to provide the best possible care and supported with ongoing training. When our carers visit you they are prepared to be aware of any changes and respond to them, feeding the details back to our office.

We select people who are passionate about caring and bring Helping Hands Watford Ltd’s values to everything they do. Dignity, choice and independence are their goals for all of their customers.

Before we send our fully-trained Care Support Staff into your home we conduct an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check; this means that you can be sure that they present no risk to your safety or well-being. We also take up both personal and professional references for our Care Support Staff to make sure that they are the right sort of people to look after you. Staff undergo ongoing training and regular supervision.

The Director/Proprietor also fulfills the Registered Manager role and employs Support Workers and Senior Carers. Administrative staff are also CRB-checked so that you know you can trust them with your personal information.
