Who We Work With
At Home Help Watford we take pride in working with many different support organisations, both small and large. This ranges from a smaller local support group to the more formal organisations such as the NHS and Social Services. These relationships help us to help you gain access to these services and understand what is available to you.
Care Quality Commission
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission, the regulatory body for health and social care in the UK. The CQC regulates care providers to make sure that better care services are being delivered to everybody using them. Home Help Watford is fully compliant with the standards set by legislation and are regularly monitored by the CQC.
Social Services
You may find that you are able to be supported by your local authority; if this is the case then Home Help Watford has experience in working with them, understanding how your care and support is arranged. This means that you can remain confident in how we support you on their behalf. We provide excellent care, including to those funded by Social Services and in receipt of Direct Payments and Continuing Care.
NHS
If you are a patient of the NHS and at home, Home Help Watford services can offer extra assistance to you, in between the services that your local healthcare body offers. This may mean, for example, that we can help you to regain mobility following an operation once you have returned home.
HCPA
The Hertfordshire Care Providers Association (HCPA) is a membership body open to all independent providers of social care (private, not-for-profit and charitable organisations) delivering care to people in their own homes, in a residential, supported or a nursing setting within Hertfordshire. They offer advice and support to home care providers such as Home Help Watford, but also to people looking for care services and care workers. They also help us to keep abreast of all innovation and change within the care sector.
Insurers
Some of our clients are funded via private insurances.
